Welcome to NBP!

I'm just going to say it, I'm a big kid at heart, but I use it to my advantage.    I'm married to a fantastic man who supports me in many ways.   We have one daughter that takes up most of our time and space in our hearts.   We also have a pug, she is crazy but we wouldn't change a thing.  

 

I love being outdoors exploring destination places.  

 

A couple random facts:

1) I was born in a country town, Euroa, Victoria and am the youngest of 6 children.

2) before I became a photographer I was an operations manage for a removals transport company, with over 200 men to organise

​

3) I LOVE to meet new people, and have a chat and a laugh!

​

Photography.   My daughter is my inspiration. She was born premature in 2008 and with the many times we almost lost her, seeing how quickly things could change, I made a choice to capture all those little moments which would make me never forget them, or at least have reminders of her precious time in NICU.  Remember, Life is too short!

 

So, being a mum of a special needs child, come school time it was time for me to find something to do during school hours.   On a holiday in Torquay I was taking some photographs of hubby and daughter just casually walking on the beach and it came to me ~ I am going to be a lifestyle photographer!.

​

This decision made me purchase my first "real" camera so that I could capture the moments that

pass by so quickly.    Ever since then, I have loved capturing the real and raw moments in a persons

life.    I like to take a lifestyle photography approach to capturing you and your loved ones.  

 

Posed photography is great, but there is just something about an individual, couple, family just being themselves in their own elements that just sings to me.
