WEST BEACH BATHERS PAVILLON WEDDING | ST. KILDA WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER
M E L B O U R N E W E A T H E R A T I T'S B E S T 💙💙
..............well, Melbourne definitely turned on the weather for this couple's beach wedding!
We had SUN, RAIN, HAIL and WIND ~ it is October and someone should tell the weather person that it is meant to be sunny!!!
However, I must admit that the weather did not deter these two being married ~ slight change from being married on the beach to being married under a marquee BUT their love for each other showed all the way through the ceremony, photographs and reception.
massive congratulations again Priscilla and Robert 👰🤵🍾🥂
Anyhow ,… let me walk you through their beautiful wedding day!
The main focus of both Priscilla and Robert's wedding day was to capture the love and their family ~ so I arranged to capture the stunning details of their wedding the day prior as they both didn't want any "getting ready" images done.
Arriving at 'Westbeach Bathers Pavillion', St Kilda early as the day had started with rain and by rain I mean torrential rain!
The ceremony was originally meant to take place on the beach overlooking the ocean, but as it continued to rain, it was decided that the ceremony needed to have it undercover (plan B) .... the venue were very accomodating in changing the set up for the bridal party and all was completed in no time at all.
Whilst they were setting up the ceremony area I took the opportunity to capture some images of the reception set up and also the beautiful details of the Bathers Pavillion.
And with the certificates and paperwork signed… they were officially, Mr + Mrs Korn! It was time for some official portraits and then party time ........
BUT Melbourne being Melbourne a storm came through just after this photograph was taken ~ so we held off on the portraits for a brief moment.......
PORTRAIT TIME ......
Priscilla and Robert thank you for sharing this special moment in your lives with me. You both relaxed effortlessly in front of the camera even when the wind blew a gale ~ there was just no wiping the smile off of your faces, which made my job an absolute pleasure!
